If Success Were Easy, Everyone Would Do It

Thomas Edison on failure:

Failure is really a matter of conceit. People don't work hard because, in their conceit, they imagine they'll succeed without ever making an effort. Most people believe that they'll wake up some day and find themselves rich. Actually, they've got it half right, because eventually they do wake up.

What is Wealth?

"They say I am the world's poorest president. Let me tell you that I am not poor! Poor are those who need too much...."

                                        --Uruguay President Jose Mujica

After 14 years in prison during Uruguay's dictatorship, Jose Mujica learned that the secret to happiness and wealth is to live much more simply. Finding common ground is a highly shared value in Uruguayan democracy, in stark contrast to many other countries with us vs. them politics.

"No one more than anyone else..." a motto that Mujito lives by. He donates 90% of his presidential salary to charity. This man is truly an inspiration to others!

Give back where you can, in business and in life. Be thankful for your blessings. Make every day count!
