King County Tax Values

The chart above shows the percentage increase of tax valuations in King County, of those neighborhoods where values increased the most. The biggest increase was in the Rainier Beach neighborhood, where I have just closed on the land purchase for the first transit-oriented development at the Rainier Beach Light Rail station. I locked in my price in January, and was able to negotiate even better terms at closing. Am I happy!

I will be building a 36-unit artist live-work apartment complex, with ground floor retail, scheduled to break ground in early 2015.
