Let's look at each of the three neighborhoods of Maple Leaf, Ravenna, and Wedgewood. Maple Leaf is currently averaging a turnover rate of 4.65% in 2014 year-to-date with 106 sales; Ravenna is at 4.87% with 80 sales; and Wedgewood is at 5.24% with 87 sales. Yearly turnover rates vary from a low of 3.23% (Ravenna) during the economic downturn to a high of 7.54% (Maple Leaf) during the recovery in 2013.
If any of my readers have stats on Seattle neighborhoods with higher rates of turnover, in terms of annual house sales, please feel free to post a comment here.
