Whidbey Island Contractors needed

I am looking for someone to make some minor repairs to my Lagoon Point house in early January. The inspection report calls out some repairs to the driveway drain in front of the garage, a bedroom wall that needs to be textured and painted, laminate that needs to be removed and replaced in the master bathroom, a shower flange that is leaking into the crawl space (but no rotten wood). An electronic copy of the report is available to identify these issues in more detail. 

There are also some roof repairs needed on the flat roof, so if you are a roofing specialist or can recommend a roofing specialist, let me know.
