Wheelchair additions meet ADA standards. Here is the Seller's list of improvements:
I have a LIKO track system in the master bedroom which can lead to either the shower or bathtub. The approx cost of that was $20,000 for New system and labor. The approximate cost of the elevator was $47,000 and the cost of the cement ramp leading to the front door was about $3,000 which includes labor. So about $70,000 was put into this house for the wheelchair accessibility. There are no lowered counters or modifications to the toilets. We didn't have to do any widening of the doorways but we spent a few hundred dollars on making all the bedroom Doors upstairs (except the master bedroom ) swinging doors on hinges so they can be opened easily for someone in a wheelchair by just pushing it open and wheeling in.
