Vacation Rental in Portugal?

The United States dollar is now stronger against the Euro, making vacation travel and real estate in Europe much more affordable for Americans.

One of my former clients has two properties she is willing to sell in Portugal, that may be of interest to someone looking to retire in Europe, operate a vacation rental, or establish an artists' retreat (the Sintra house was used as a former artists residence). She owns both properties free and clear, and is willing to consider owner financing to a qualified buyer.

One house is located on the coast in Sintra, Portugal, and is currently listed at 465,000 euros. The second is a restored farmhouse located in the historic interior in Alentejo, near one of the most beautiful towns of Portugal, listed for 345,000 euros. Both are four bedrooms, and both have a history of successful vacation rentals.

The website is loaded with details and beautiful pictures of the properties, along with informative videos that depict the history and culture of the area. For more information, go to www.Escape2Portugal.com

Arronches is an historic old mill that was restored and modernized by Seattle Architect Richard Hiner.Huge Megalithic stone found buried in the exterior. [I] plan to use it either in a lap pool or as a gift to the city.
