The Buying Process - Prioritizing Needs and Like To Have

The difference between the things a buyer must have and the things they have in mind they'd like to have are very different.  Must have means these are thing the buyer cannot live without.  They'd like to have would be nice but aren't necessary but would be nice to have.

Needs and wants depend of the type of buyer.  Are they looking to purchase a luxury home?

Among the many wants of luxury home buyers are properties with amazing views. Whether it is a waterfront property or inland, it is important that your home offers spectacular views and your windows and home staging should be able to highlight and maximize those views.

Huge extra spaces also draw in more luxury home buyers. That extra space can be used for a home theater, sports lounge, bowling alley, wine cellar, fitness center, or even parking for the homeowners several luxury cars.
