Power Lines and Property Values

Would you live next to a cemetery? How about electric power lines?

While there is very little evidence to support any health issues from living next to electric power lines, their presence does have a negative impact on pricing of properties located adjacent or near to the lines. Most realtors and residents consider power lines an eyesore, if not an outright hazard, and most residents would prefer to live somewhere that lines were not visible.
